This amazing tee is from the Val Nolasco Memorial Half Marathon in Honolulu, Hawaii. This run was inspired by Val Nolasco, who was the first American to complete a marathon after having heart surgery. This shirt is from the run in 1983, which was sponsored by Bud Light and Coke.

The tag says small, but the shirt fits like a modern women's XS. The t-shirt is double-sided. There is light discoloration along the shoulders, see pics.
